How can it be that a separate part of the phone is only guaranteed for one month. The response was fast and accurate. Yes, there is a separate guarantee for the oleophobic coating. No one gives an answer to my questions why my previous phones did not wipe it off. For your information, the previous S7 EDGE phone swam in the sea and the pool, and with children, it remained and the coverage was intact. He will be two years old soon. These subtle spots began to swell very strongly. I constantly have to clean the display as it becomes very cloudy and the sensor starts to respond poorly. Then the problems started to grow. The light sensor stopped working properly. Either at night it will turn to maximum brightness, then in the sun to the minimum. Appeal to the guarantee: at the time of the check, everything is fine. further is better. The light sensor was annoying. He began to blink at me at the time of the conversation and continued to not adequately respond to light. the turn sensor began to hang in one state. The voice assistant started working by itself. for all these reasons. I dropped the software. well, to hell with him. after the reset, the bank application (which is already working now) gave me that it is not supported on my device. I call Samsung again and they tell me. the problem is in the app, our phone is the best. Call them. Bottom line: I came back to the service and they dropped it again. This time it worked. Now continues to enrage in all of the above. In general, the device is gorgeous. The best android phone. But the service is at the level of Chinese junk.

  • Warranty service, does not hold batteries well, Poor headset, build quality, quality of accessories (I bought a branded case for 5k, it scratches from the first day and it's creepy. By 4 months of use it looks like a Nokia 2022, it also scratches the phone around the edges) , due to uneven sides in applications, the screen is smaller than on the previous model

The phone is good, but there are some problems with the NFS and the camera disappointed me. Rather, the camera is good, but being the owner of a meise pro 6 at the same time, I was not impressed at all.
