Review on Premium Glass Beads: Ideal for Weighted Blankets (15 lbs) by Angela Rodriguez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best choice for stuffing weighted blankets!

This was my first attempt at making a weighted blanket and I am so happy I used glass beads. They don't make big, bulging pockets. Also, because of their weight, they fall to the bottom of the duvet channel very easily. For those who are afraid of possible emissions from pellets, glass beads are not a problem. Because glass weighs a lot more than pellets, it takes a lot less to fill each pocket. You just have to make sure you sew with lots of stitches per inch so the glass beads can't go through the stitches. I plan to make more blankets and will continue to use glass beads instead of plastic pellets. They are more expensive
