Cheap; low quality - take a well-known brand
They seem very cheap and of poor quality. The nylon "hairs" of the brushes were already falling out when they arrived, and the shape of the "brush" can be slightly distorted when you twist the top of the handle (there's the part above the strands that turns ripples; don't know why). In addition, the thread between the water chamber and the brush head is not screwed in correctly (instead of "left-loose, right-tight" reversed). You get what you pay for - branded water brushes like Pentel Aquash or Derwent are much better.
