Review on HOOP by Dewitt Graham

We used Hoop in our product to make it easier for non-technical users (eCommerce managers) to create customisable stores that allow them full control over all aspects from design through checkout flow - which was previously very difficult! They have been great at responding quickly when needed too so not much I dislike about this software as far an anything goes wrong we usually get good resolution straight away anyway.. nothing really but maybe more features would be nice if there are any gaps then you can bet your bottom dollar they will fill those soon enough :) The ability ease end user management by allowing customers self service access via web browser has proved beneficial especially during busy periods where support needs aren't always ideal either due lack staff knowledge/skills etc.
