I love that you are able see where in their journey they went wrong so it helps me improve my process! Also being connected with other departments allows for better collaboration which has saved us time during onboarding processes or when we need help solving issues after an event was hosted by another department (ie website). No dislike at this point but would like more integrations into different platforms - especially email marketing campaigns- also wish there were ways within QM metrics itself instead relying upon 3rd party tools/integration services.
