Very easy to set up and use. They have great customer support and are always willing to help out with any questions you may have. The software itself is very intuitive. I wish there was more customization of our check in process. For example, we would like to be able to customize our own fields so that it looks cleaner and easier for our guests to fill out their information. Also, the integration with other services through Zapier could be improved. We're solving our guest's problems by providing them with a seamless check in experience.
