Very easy to set up and use. They have great customer support and are always willing to help out with any questions you may have. The software itself is very intuitive. I wish there was more customization of our check in process. For example, we would like to be able to customize our own fields so that it looks cleaner and easier for our guests to fill out their information.

The best feature of Fidentity is it's ease of use. You can set up your entire registration process in less than 5 minutes. We were able to get our guests registered in less than 10 minutes by setting up an automatic response when they walk through the door. It was so easy! There are a few different options for payment methods (cash/credit card), but the ability to add multiple forms of payment would be a nice addition.

The platform integrates perfectly well into our website allowing us easy access to data about every customer interaction we have through events, online registration or other websites. The best part about this software was its ability in adding new devices at our office very easily even if we have no previous knowledge of it or any background study required!
