The platform integrates perfectly well into our website allowing us easy access to data about every customer interaction we have through events, online registration or other websites. It's intuitive but if you need more in depth configuration options it can get complicated quickly! I would suggest setting up an account manager at your organization who will be able to provide assistance so any issues are resolved quicker than calling out support hours later to figure things out yourself. We had been using another software which was difficult to use compared to their competitors (such as Eventbrite). Our customers were given free tickets when they visited us by checking them off of this list instead of having each person fill out paperwork like previous systems required. This feature has proven very helpful in keeping track of people attending.
