We love our S9+ with the mop but these casters suck! like the originals that came with Roomba but still much more convenient than vacuuming. Hair rollers usually last an average of 2-3 months and we try to save EVERYTHING that can break hair rollers, but EVEN your HAIR will break/damage those damn rollers! Small objects he finds under the furniture damage the casters. Still love the convenience of not having to clean the bristle brushes or empty the dust box as it's done automatically, but come join Roomba if you have those SHIT rollers we have to replace every 2-3 months at least give us a go a goddamn discount or don't charge $44!
