We are towing a large camper van on a Nissan Armada and it really helped reduce rear sag when towing something large. We also put in some helper bags which also helped with towing the big camper. This makes for a much smoother ride compared to stock dampers. The adjustment is a nice touch, although we usually just leave the medium/normal hardness level.
