I sleep on my side and use pillows between my legs for support, but this is the first pillow made for this purpose. It's curved so it stays between my legs when I roll over and hardly needs any adjustment. i love this part However, it's not adjustable in thickness like a traditional pillow, which allows you to shove in more padding where you need extra support. The foam releases easily and my knees are closer than I would like. My knees are touching even with the pillow as close to my knees as possible. So in the end I don't know if I like it more than just using a traditional pillow. Warning: When I tried to remove the label, the pillow was torn as shown in the picture. Be careful and use scissors.
