Review on Durable Canvas Knitting Bag: Perfect Yarn Storage and Crochet Organization with Bonus Accessories Case". by Jennifer Roberts

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Exactly what I was looking for with a small change

This knitting bag is well made and definitely meets my needs as a knitter. The slits at the top are big enough to thread skeins through while you work on your project, so you're not tied to your bag by a scarf. I gave four stars instead of five because the bag doesn't stand much on its own, thought it would stand up nicely with the dividers provided. The main issue is that the dividers are not connected to the bag in any way, so they tend to fold or close if you don't fill the bag with yarn (this might not be a problem for most, but I swear it not to buy more yarn until I've finished mine) the current scarf, which I've been working on intermittently for several years). I fixed this by using a needle and thread to pin the top pieces of the divider and it worked fine. There are many external pockets on the bag and it is a pleasure to use. I love that I can put my pins and needles in the pages along with my knitted gloves. The bag even withstands washing, because the tragic incident with a nervous Chihuahua and a full bladder was an ordeal that I would not have believed the bag capable of. Overall I'd definitely say it's worth it for the price. Having a yard running through the top holes while double knitting is fantastic and keeps everything nice and tidy, easy to transport. The color is the same as the picture (at least turquoise) and there is plenty of room to fill this bag.

Pros
  • Storage for crafts and sewing
Cons
  • Obsolete model
