Didn't do what he was supposed to do. I have used several Honeywell brand filters and for $10 each wanted to try a different one to save a few bucks. It was terrible. I typically use a tank of water a day on medium settings. I raised them to the max and after 2 days there was still some water left. I replaced it with another, same thing. The humidity dropped from 40-45% to around 20%. And the humidifier never stopped working. Both times I pulled these filters out, only the bottom few inches of the filter was wet, the rest of the filter was dry. They just weren't working effectively at all. I threw away the other two I had. Not worth the money at all.
