Could have been 5 stars if it was easier. That being said, I still love the bright and bold yellow gold color. The bag is big, I like it. I carry my Bible, journal, wallet, wipes, phone, keys and makeup bag and there is also a place for stuff the kids give me. I thought I wouldn't like that it doesn't have a zipper, but I carry the things I need in an inside zippered pocket and it's not a problem. I'm a tall girl and the top handle still sits comfortably on my shoulder, but with the longer strap it's just as easy to carry around.
