High quality to do any painting on. Dries fast.

I love this art note book. Great quality for your money. I will be buying this again and again. Great for sketching, oil paint, watercolors, you name it! Doesn’t bleed through and holds your colors!

While this was nice paper to use with watercolor pencils for just fun projects, it would not be my choice for a gift or something I wanted to eventually frame or sell. It doesn''t continue to lay flat the more water you put on it. That said, with the watercolor pencils, you had to use more water to get the marks to blend. In some spots, it even seemed that the paper was flaking off. Overall just seemed like a cheaper product for practice or art therapy.
