Let me start by saying that I am an elderly person who is very careful with my electronics. At the same time, after about 2 weeks of using this tablet, I received a notification that the SD card was not inserted. I removed it and reinstalled it. Everything was fine for a few days and I got the same notification. Over time I had to constantly remount the SD card. Since I was within my return deadline, I returned it. If you don't use an SD card for extended storage, this tablet might be the right choice. I had to reset it a couple of times, but overall it worked pretty well, except for the SD card issue.
