We have a very energetic, fidgety, large and strong mixed breed puppy who currently weighs 90lbs and is estimated to be around 130lbs as an adult. He rips open metal child gates, chews off the legs of beds and sofas, and shreds hard plastic for fun. We knew that a plastic or wire cage would be more dangerous than helpful. Looking for alternatives we saw this and are a bit skeptical given the price and the mixed reviews. I'm so glad we got it! First, it's huge. It was easy to put together and all the parts were there, but the instructions could do with some improvement and it would be nice if they marked which part went where as it might save us some time. The bars below are too far apart to be comfortable, so let's put something down first before putting it down for more than a minute. It can easily change position and rotate, which was very important to me. The locking mechanisms seem flimsy and I wish there was another way to lock the one already installed, but we can work around it and create our own. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall I recommend this crate for large super strong dogs!
