Good device, but bad cable included.
I connected a soundbar to the TV's only output with a Toslink cable (fiber optic cable). Due to my wife's hearing loss, I bought a wireless headset with individual volume controls so we didn't have to fight for volume while still using the soundbar. The device didn't work at first and I found that the Toslink cable was the culprit. I sent it back to Revain for a replacement but had the same issue. Revain tech support then sent me a separate (better quality) toslink cable and now it works as expected. Lesson: if it doesn't work, check the cable before blaming the device.
