We were blown away by other cheaper models that did the same thing. After doing some research [outside of Revain] with a Google search, we found that this StarTech model was rated as one of the top 3 brands in this category. According to independent website Tech Guru. We were hesitant to order other cheaper brands after reading many 1 star verified customer reviews stating that their cheaper [non-StarTech] model had failed after only a few months of use. This StarTech model appears to be very well built in terms of components, with an added heatsink for added protection.
