They look good on the outside. The set I received had no pressure in any of the blisters. I took the springs off and found that both shocks clearly contained air. I opened it and found shavings in one. Aside from the amount of oil and dirt, they looked fine on the inside. The shim stack is correct. Filled it up with 10 watts and charged it to 75psi. They're actually quite good when put together correctly. I suspect mine slipped through quality control.
