Review on Direct Tech by Amicz Kakaruk

I can see all of my items that are available for purchase at any time as well as how many units each item has left until it's out of stock. It is also easy to search by SKU or UPC code when doing an order. The program sometimes freezes up but this goes away after about 10 seconds so not much trouble there! We use direct tech daily because we have thousands of products which makes managing our orders very simple. I like the ability to adjust the stock levels for each item, and also the flexibility of the reporting system. I dislike that there is no inventory tracking, so I don't know if it is working correctly. I would like to see an update on the inventory levels. We have been able to see our stock levels on a daily basis and adjust our stock levels. We have also been able to track our inventory. We have also been able to see if we are overstocking our inventory.
