Review on Tenna by Kyle Hoes

The price point makes it affordable compared to other solutions that offer similar features (ease-of use). We love how easy we can set up alerts across multiple systems using our mobile device/app as opposed to having an agent visit each facility once per week -- also saves time! It's hard when there are so many new changes every year; but I think they're listening now with their "next generation" product release in 2020. Some users may have problems getting used to some older versions being less intuitive / modern design than newer ones released since 2016+ - this was remedied by later updates though, thankfully. Overall very happy customer here at my job site. This has allowed us to get rid of paper forms & tracking them digitally through GITP system which allows agents quicker access during visits while still allowing all necessary data entry into.
