I bought it in August and I've loved it ever since. Love how it matches my chrome faucet perfectly, not unsightly at all. Even though it's been 6 months now I'm still very pleased with how much easier and better it is to use than the filter jug I've used for all these years. I love that I can just fill a pot with boiling water to cook, straight from the tap where it used to be difficult to plan ahead until the jug is filtered enough, or just use plain tap water. I confess I haven't changed the filter for 2 months, I changed it for the first time tonight (almost 6 months). I've noticed that the flow has slowed down over the past few weeks and the water has become noticeably tasteless over the past few days. I had a hard time unscrewing the old filter, in fact I had to take a wrench and open it wide enough to grab those triangular grip angles - I think because it's on so long it kind of has it - then the suction - me me really couldn't get it with my hands, and even with the key it took several turns before it came loose (like the intake manifold broke?). The replaceable filter screws into place as easily as peeling pears. Maybe I shouldn't wait more than 2 months next time :)
