I never knew that I needed this set before I lost my mind and couldn't start the car. There is no gasoline at the candles, the gas filter is not clogged, there are no problems with the boost pressure of the dispenser, the fuel rail is not clogged either. I could blow air in like a pipe. I always make sure the car is tilted slightly to allow fuel to flow back to the fuel line. I was advised to remove the injector harness and fit one of the noid lights to the harness. Then have someone start the engine. When the Noid light is flashing, the computer, or rather the PGM or EcM, is signaling the injector to open and close the injector. Because the light is flashing, you know the PGM or ECM is fine. The "blame" is on the injectors themselves. They are sealed and prevent fuel from being injected into the cylinders. People have scrapped several cars because of this problem. There is a way to clean the injectors while they are removed from the fuel rail. But that takes time. I bought new injectors (which come with two new o-rings) and installed them. NEVER REUSE INJECTOR O-RINGS OTHERWISE AN ENGINE FIRE WILL BE APPLIED. The same goes for the fuel line if you disconnect it to see if you have good fuel pressure. YOU MUST OBTAIN NEW O-RINGS FROM THE DEALER'S PARTS DEPARTMENT TO ENSURE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A FUEL LEAK OR ENGINE FIRE. You spend a few bucks but it's worth having peace of mind. Noid Lights pays dividends as a diagnostic tool. I asked the tech how you know which noid light to use. He said which noid bulb fits the injector harness. Be careful when disconnecting the wire harness from the connector. Apply dielectric silicone grease to the wire harness and injector body to ensure good contact and prevent corrosion. The whistle can be purchased in Napa. A small amount won't work if you need to replace six or eight nozzles. After installing the injectors, fuel rail, intake manifold and all the brackets, I turned to BVM for help and started the engine. It immediately came to life. No fuel leaks, no fires, no problems. Again, NEVER attempt to reuse O-rings in the fuel system or fuel rail. You will see "Total damage to the car". O-rings take "SET" in the intake manifold so they seal well. Once you break this seal, you can only buy new ones. Parts supplier, and when buying new injectors, he must have two new injector o-rings with the injector.
