The product was not suitable for more than single use. The cost was very low so I'm not complaining too much but I found a better branded product to do the job that was a little more expensive.

The buttons were a little flimsy and without prior knowledge I couldn't figure out which button to use. I was able to pull a few wires out of my wiring harness but wasn't sure if it was a tool or if I pulled them out. instructions would be nice

I bought this because I fix laptops at school. My goal was to be able to remove broken pins from headphone jacks. We get a lot of those. Unfortunately, these tools break easily. Although it was worth a try. However, the best tool I've found so far is a plastic tube filled with ballpoint ink and some superglue.

Haven't had a chance to use this but as a retired mechanic I'm fairly familiar with these tools. You usually have to buy each one individually and most tool "dealers" don't sell them (must be ordered). It's nice when everyone sits together on the same ring. This is a "must have" for anyone who works with automotive electronics.

The quality exceeded my expectations, I expected a thin easy to bend construction like my previous set. It's much better, with better grip. I have a question: Deutsch pen tools are a bit loose on the handles. And the largest of them, red, was crushed.

These wire removal keys worked very well. So good I gave them to a friend who installs car wiring harnesses. Then I ordered another set, this time with even more keys. Some of these wrenches are a little tight, but all will work with the correct plugs for which they were designed. Much faster, safer and easier to use than cutting and re-soldering wires. Cheaper and less hassle.

The metal on them is so thin it bends easily. I have some old seat belts from things I've replaced or extra parts and I use them for practice. I haven't severed a single pin on them without bending them (and yes, I know what I'm doing). This tool set also does not have the channels needed to extract the pins from the back of connectors such as those used by Amphenol and Deutsch. So they are useless because I need them.
