I loved these boots They have a great thick outsole with an extra layer of rubber on the bottom , which is nice as it makes you look a bit taller and the foam doesn't wear down as quickly from direct contact with the ground.The big problem/design flaw and problem with the regular widths of these boots is that the design places the big toe at a sharp angle Pushes in for work boots that match your big Z eh pushes in and no one wants to work in these or any other boots that push your big toe in all day or every day. We all need work boots that naturally keep our toes free to keep us comfortable throughout the day. I had to return them and order the wide version of these boots. I don't have the wide version yet, I'll check it out as soon as I have it.
