I've ridden it on a road bike for about 55 miles. Although I gave 5 stars overall because I enjoy using it, I do have a few minor issues. First, it's a bit difficult to install it on my steering wheel. I wouldn't say I have big handlebars by any means, but even on the biggest loop I have trouble screwing the clamp in as I don't have much clearance. Once I screw it in, it's very stable though. I had no trouble moving the clamp while riding. What I had a small issue with was the ball bearing/pivot on the phone holder. When I'm driving on very rough roads, the holder starts to move from the point I adjusted it, but it's easy enough to readjust it mid-ride. However, this only happened on an exceptionally bumpy road. Overall, this mount is very stable. While I was skeptical that the silicone straps would hold my phone properly, I'm quite impressed with how strong my phone is. The clip itself is already nice and comfortable, so the silicone straps basically feel like extra insurance. Even on those bumpy roads, my phone wouldn't budge an inch in the cradle. Overall I would recommend! I like it when I have directions right in front of me on my bike.
