I have 2 very barking dogs. 1 more than the other. I used to put a citronella bark collar on her when I needed to silence her and it always worked, but the batteries for this thing are cumbersome and expensive. This collar is charged via USB and is therefore very easy to maintain. I tried it on her and it worked from the first bark. She stopped when he squeaked and didn't even get to the vibrating part. My other dog completely ignored him as if he didn't exist at all. The only thing that ever worked for him was a citronella collar. Luckily he's not a big barker. My two dogs are only 18 pounds and the collar fits them perfectly.
