I've been scammed with this stuff.

I've been using some sort of electrolyte product for years. i did this There are products like Gatorade and Powerade, as well as Propel and action packs; I just mentioned a few of the ones I use; obviously there is much more. Anyway, I use different electrolytes every day; The harder the workout, the more serious the product I use. Most days are either Powerade Zero (sugar) bags or Propel bags. Comparing this product to them is probably an insult to the manufacturer. far better than the above, with the possible exception of a few that you could make yourself with a do-it-yourself recipe; Although I still have all the dry ingredients for it, I rarely make it. However, I actually prefer to DRINK my electrolyte. This product is designed for your convenience to simply take one capsule and drink 8 ounces of water. So where do I go? I took a 20 ounce bottle, ripped open the capsule and poured the powder into (over) water and added the unsweetened water flavor enhancer. in contrast to my self-made things, these things actually remained dissolved. There are days when my body just shakes; I drink a few electrolyte drinks on those days. On days like this, or days when I'm training really hard, this is now my go-to product. At $10 for 100 capsules (at the time of this review) that's 10 cents per drink. Even at the cheapest Revain or Walmarts, a pack of Propel costs twenty cents ($2 for a box of 10 packs), and you may not need the sweeteners they use. Two thumbs up!
