This is indeed a 3.5 star product. I've been trying for about 5 days now and feel pretty good. I experience bursts of protein powders. I'll be drinking it daily for a few weeks and then switching to different green drinks for a few weeks. I love Jarrow products and have bought and repurchased Jarrow products several times. This Organic Plant Protein powder isn't bad. That "Chocolate Mocha" flavor is a real temptation for me to be honest, so I decided to buy a half-gallon of SILK Vanilla Flavored Soymilk to test it out. One scoop, as directed on the package, will provide you with over 6 grams of protein, in addition to the liquid you pour it into. The powder doesn't even mix well in a mixing bowl like the one I use. In order to saturate it, you need to spend a few minutes until it is saturated. The taste of vanilla soymilk isn't bad, and certainly way, way better than 10-15 year old protein powders, but there's a residue that immediately makes you want to drink some water. good powder taste, chalky aftertaste. It takes a lot of mixing to get it right, but you'll definitely feel the extra protein after about 30 minutes. Good product that needs some improvement.
