Very disappointed! The add-on states that you get a full-size backpack with a 20-liter daypack.
I did not receive the 20L daypack with this item. No option other than return for refund is available. Not good! There is also no way to upload a screenshot of the actual order information that says "65L + 20L". I really like the backpack but feel like I would have considered a different item if it wasn't for the optional daypack offered. I was hoping to be very happy with the purchase and intend to buy another one for my wife if this issue can be resolved! Maybe a buyer's guarantee on 2-day packs, or a pretty hefty discount on a second bag!
