Review on 🔭 Carson RD Series: Compact and Full-Sized Waterproof High Definition Binoculars - Open-Bridge Design by George Halbohm

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I had to. I researched binoculars until finally settled on this one. I will mainly use them at the shooting range. They are fantastic, very sharp and I can easily see targets at 25 and 50 yards. The surprise came when unpacking. The zip on the bag broke, one of the zip tabs just fell out inside the bag. Not a big deal but thought I'd at least try customer service by emailing them. To my surprise, I received a response from a customer service representative in less than a day (no less than the holidays) saying that they would be happy to send me a new case. I gave her my information and within a week I got a new case! Now that's what I call great service. The reviews were right, Carson is a great company!
