These reels are easy to handle without the use of spikes or pins. They are comfortable on the head, light, hold the hair well. When removed after hair is dry, there are no lines or unwanted curls that can be caused by other types of curlers. These rolls are easy to store and pack. The design allows airflow for relatively quick drying. When removing curlers from long hair, they are easy to hold near the scalp or in front of the curlers, and then gently unwind. With shorter hair, it's easy to stick your finger in the curler and pull it out. After years of not curling my hair, I was happy to find this curler style again.
