When I received a chair damaged and found it structurally unsafe it was exhausting dealing with the company to get a replacement, however after much deliberation finally replaced him and now emails me at least once a week to ask me to withdraw my previous rating of working with them. I'm happy with the chairs but now that I'm constantly being pestered to change my original review it's getting annoying so I'm finally updating my review. It only took a couple of weeks to swap out the chair and the party they were booked for, well not all my guests were able to sit and the company didn't work with me up to the date of the party even though there were enough guests. given notice. Great chairs as long as they don't break.
