Review on 🔧 ACDelco Professional 45H2131 Rear Coil Spring Set: High-Quality Suspension Upgrade for Enhanced Performance by Michael Miner

Installed on a 2001 4Runner SR5 and very happy with these springs. I chose them over the Moog (81041) because the Delco ACs are progressive while the Moogs are linear. They are actually about 1 inch taller than the factory spring, so installation requires a bit of work. My suggestion is to loosen the stabilizer bar end links and lower the rear differential as much as possible. Pay attention to the brake line at the top of the differential and make sure it is not over tightened. After that, I had someone push on the hub while I pushed the spring back into place. A bit tricky, but definitely doable. You can also replace the end link bushings with polyurethane bushings while you're there. I also replaced the front suspension with Gabriel Ultra ReadyMounts and the photo shows the final ride height. I hope this review was helpful.
