This product does not work and the instructions that come with it do not include it, only other models. Contrary to the versions in the manual, where all have an on/off switch, this one doesn't have one. Also, it doesn't show up in my bluetooth menu - it shows a bunch of random numbers that I can't access. It does absolutely nothing. I contacted the manufacturer who stated they have representatives 24/7 and three days later they have not responded. Buy another model - there are several in stock, from this company and others. Given the lack of support, I advise you to choose another brand.
