I love the colors and the pictures - I think I'm drawn to a lot of things that attract Australians because I'm always drawn to things that stand out be people from "Oz". I was a bit disappointed with some appliqué instructions (I've been making different types of appliqué for years) because some things are missing and some things are more complicated than they should be. I was also hoping for more tips on how to combine wool and cotton - when and where it would make sense to use some sort of stabilizer etc. Overall a very good book though. You'll find plenty of inspiration here to do more than just the specific projects in the book, and I'm glad the application examples are included.
