For the price, it couldn't be better. I work with people who use Pelicans regularly and I honestly prefer these locking mechanisms. My only issue was a slight warping on the lid. It doesn't sit completely flat on the body, but when it's locked in place everything is fine. The foam can be diced or free-form if you have an electric knife (e.g. for carving turkey haha). Overall very happy with my purchase. Bought a different size
