When I originally brought it in there was only one battery in my box. Yes, I'm a bit confused, but I just added extra batteries to my cart. After seeing my first review, I was contacted by one of the staff. She apologized for the mistake and assured me my missing battery was on the way. When I received the envelope a week later, I saw that I had two new batteries. For me this is an extra benefit! All I can say is great customer service. She communicated with me if not every day then every other day to make sure I received the missing batteries. I didn't even have to order a new pair. Thanks very much! I love that these batteries last forever!
