Review on Huawei Freebuds Pro MermaidTWS with Active Noise Cancellation - Silver Frost by Kio Walker ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

The headphones themselves are of a very high standard. Even when two individuals are talking, the other end can clearly hear them. Noise cancellation is present, and it does its job, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it's considerably better than the cheap earplugs you can get in China. Do not expect to be aware of the headphones' seamless transition from one noise reduction mode to another while you go about your day. It's hard to tell when a mode shifts, even while experimenting with different sounds. Unless you specifically hunt for it in the toy feature of the application, you probably won't even notice the change (or simply still underdeveloped). When the translucency setting is switched to, a further submode allowing for voice amplification becomes accessible. This idea is crucial and significant. The only time an activating app is required is when this feature is being used. If you try to do this with just the headphones, you will be quite disappointed to learn that it won't work. With the software, the user can get guidance on choosing the right ear pad size. Or, alternatively, he can try, but his efforts will be fruitless. Although I was given the option to change the size of the ear tips or the headphones themselves, I ultimately decided to stick with the smallest size. I was also guided through the procedure of opening the case and taking the headphones out of the app (at first, like many, I suffered for a long time picking them out). Powerful pinches are required to operate the headphones. Because of a previous unpleasant experience, I was very careful to not accidentally break any of the fragile components when I initially tried to utilize them. Yet I rapidly learned that this form of management was hopelessly unproductive. Still, it serves its purpose. Rubber bands have a habit of relaxing when the inner box housing the ear pads is opened, at which point they like to wander off to the four corners of the room. Poor care was taken in the packaging of the ear cushions.

Pros
  • Sound. There's nothing special about it, and that's fine. Everything about him is just right. In this identical fashion.
Cons
  • Reduced background noise. Control. It's a hefty price to pay for progress, but in around 18 months' time, these same technologies will be accessible to everyone at a fraction of the current asking prices. Each individual must make their own value judgment.
