Bought a month ago and installed now.

I bought and installed this a month ago and now the window doesn't move when I look down the door. I can see where the cable is not in its holder. Tried moving the cord back but it looks pinched and confusing the window motor is a Dorman product I figured it would last longer and it's right after turning off the return so I have to get another great one now Buy part for $140.
