The customer journey analysis feature of OA has been really helpful for us as we try different marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email. I’d say there are two things they need more focus when it comes to improving this product - 1) A better UI experience and 2). More content creation (or just have existing articles written by real writers!). We're solving our own demand generation problems using all digital platforms like social media & emails but we still struggle with generating qualified leads via cold outreach calls over phone at times! So far so good though from what i've heard about them previously, most people find value here once signed up!!
