For many years I sadly fed my kennel semen until I took her to the vet for a check up. The vet recommended this organic brand as it has a good balance of proteins and nutrients. I took his word and tried to get her to eat them for the next 3 years. Which brings me to the most important point: 1. It takes time to wean birds from their eating habits. You most likely can't just show it to your bird and send it to town. If you are lucky enough to have a small parrot they might take it for you. We have a second kennel and he has been eating them since day one and has never shown any interest. It is still very important to diversify your bird's diet with fruits and vegetables. It will also take time and patience. My kennel's plumage and beak have never looked so healthy. I highly recommend this meal, even if it's a bit pricey and dirty at times.
