I am disappointed to say the least. Not necessarily in the properties of the product, but in fraudulent marketing and one's own inattention. I chose to purchase this item over other similar items precisely because it had legged bars at the bottom which I thought would be sturdier than other items. However, it does not have the lowest level of crossbars shown in the product photos. If you look at customer photos, as I should have done before purchasing, you will see that these items do not exist. I still give it 4 stars because it has worked well so far, although I'm more afraid of it falling over. Have to see how it holds up with some use.
