Review on 🚰 KES PFS4 Chrome Kitchen Faucet Pull-Out Spray Head Replacement – G 1/2 Size, ideal for Bathrooms by Pushkraj Love

Revainrating 5 out of 5

basically happy with it

Was easy to install. I love that they include a rubber washer with an internal wire mesh that can be placed between the faucet spray head and the faucet base. This is where most of the sediment particles are caught before the water enters the aerator. Therefore, in most cases, cleaning the faucet head will likely simply remove the sediment from the wire mesh mentioned above. Cleaning this wire mesh is much easier than cleaning the faucet aerator, as the latter requires an adjustable wrench to unscrew the aerator. While you can simply unscrew the faucet head to access the wire mesh. By the way, I also used pliers to take out the plastic water flow regulator according to the instructions that came with the product. Looks nice, works well. Update: For some reason this faucet got stuck in spray mode 95% of the time when I first turned it on. It ended up driving me crazy as I use normal mode 99% of the time so I had to manually switch every time I opened the tap. I was thinking about buying another kitchen faucet and then it occurred to me to try taking it apart to see if I could fix it. Turns out there is a rubber gasket/cover on the back of the faucet head that pops out easily. . I ended up wrapping teflon tape around the inner lever and added a small button (the spare button from my clothes) over the top of the lever, then I wrapped teflon tape around that small button 4-5 more times to secure it. to add enough weight to the lever to keep my faucet running normally 95-99% of the time (compared to spray mode). Anyway, a 5 cent solution to a very annoying problem! As a side note, another reviewer noted that a faucet leak resulted in a 3 inch deep puddle of water under their sink. Remember that the faucet comes with a rubber gasket that needs to be fitted to the base of the faucet to prevent leakage. Out of curiosity, I tried it without the seal and found that the faucet leaked immediately. from the base. When the gasket is properly positioned in the base of the faucet and the faucet is finger tight, there should be NO leaks.
