FAIL! I should have known better! There are no shortcuts when it comes to installing the right cable when you need to certify it. Yes I was very skeptical when purchasing this cable but based on the description and reviews I decided to take a chance. I bought two rolls and immediately ran two runs of cable, about 200 feet each. BOTH failed Fluke testing due to near-end crosstalk (see images). It looks like the cable is solid copper. I also didn't know it was made in China. My cable installation and termination was 100% correct, I've been in the industry for over 20 years so I should have known better!
