Appears to be well finished but the inner copper shouldn't be well done. Fluke tested cables have shown that the cable will fail at depths less than 200 feet. My first 200 feet seemed to work, it just failed the test. I had a second pass for our analog phone and ran through the underground pipeline and this thing lost the signal.
