I bought this set for a wedding. The package arrived as described in my order. When I received the cutlery I tested it because previous reviews from other people said they had sharp pieces of plastic on the ends. When I checked them they definitely had very sharp ends, to the point where I cut and sawed them off. Didn't bother me that much because I took them off and got it working! There were no black marks or scuffs at all, except for sharp fragments on the bottom. Visually they were very good. The only issue I have with them is the sharp bits on the ends.
