I bought this unit to keep my 70" Sharp TV flush with the edge of the cabinet at 0 degrees vertical (TV parallel to the wall). . I chose double holds because I needed extra strength. This block is definitely strong and very strong. But it is very, very stiff and difficult to adjust both forwards and backwards (to be flush with the edge of the case) and when reaching 0 degrees of vertical angle. The TV is now out of stock so I would like to didn't disassemble the mount to see what makes it so stiff. But I've seen (much more expensive) single lever units that work better. Note the model number they send is different than the website.
