I am using them on an outdoor composite staircase. I bought these for my dog because the stairs are in the sun all day, it gets really hot and the stairs burn my dog's paws (and they are slippery). Due to the year-round conditions my ladder faces (all weather, blazing sun), I knew something with regular glue wasn't going to hold up. I decided to try these out to see how they hold up. So far, so good. Sure, they move a bit when the mowers use the fans or when the wind picks up, but they're easy to reattach. They hold water so when it rains it's like stepping in a puddle... I wish they had better drainage. A few months later I'm still very happy with them. I didn't care what they looked like, I was just looking for shelter for my dog. I was pleasantly surprised by her appearance. They fade pretty quickly in the sun but to be honest... If you put them in the sun on purpose you don't have to worry about fading as everything will fade in the sun. Would definitely buy again but right now a few months later they're still great!
